On May 15 we gathered three brewers who capture heritage, place and culture in their beers.
Joining our chat were West Kerry, Ballykilcavan, and Hof ten Dormaal
Unfortunately as we started to chat thunderstorms erupted across Ireland, leading to a lot of bad connections (Ireland's rural internet is not exactly world class). We never had the chance to talk to Adrienne or Dan from West Kerry and David from Ballykilcavan had to turn off the camera. Luckily we had a visitor and Mike from Killarney Brewing joined us.
